Terms and Conditions

1. LivSmart Solutions, referred to as “us”, “our” or “we” and The Client referred to as “you”. Where you have provided the acceptance on behalf of a third party, you are agreeing to the conditions included in these Terms and Conditions.

2. Acceptance of the Project Confirmation, which includes the quote, means you understand and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Work will commence once the Project Confirmation is signed and the required information is provided to us.

4. You will receive an initial draft for your review and approval or changes. You agree to pay the quoted price before the final certificates are provided to you. If approval of the draft, as it stands or with requested changes, is not received within 14 days, payment of the quote is due, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Changes to work which are outside the initial scope may incur an amendment fee. If this happens, acceptance of the quoted amendment fee is required before we commence and the same terms as the initial quote apply.

6. We aim to provide our services to you in a timely manner but shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay outside our reasonable control.

7. We shall not be held liable to you for an indirect or consequential loss suffered from relying on the information supplied by suppliers and or manufacturers of products recommended or suggested by us.
